The purpose of this quaint setup is to link the consumers to the producers of fresh, organically produced food. The best part about this market is the bringing together of like-minded people meeting around food they enjoy.

Featuring local farmers showcasing farm-to-table products, KFM has everything from channey ka halwa to saffron infused sharbat. Flying Rickshaw staff donned their wide-legged cotton pants and ventured to this bohemian bazaar. A bright Sunday morning and me and my mom in law head out to Haque Academy to the Farmers market. It had been happening at the Lyceum for a while and now in my neighbourhood I felt I must visit. There were quite a few stalls and the atmosphere was very welcoming with a tinge of bohemia especially with the music.
